A live session to bridge product vision with planning and execution using structured frameworks. Includes an interactive project.

Module 3: The Builder Mindset: Building Products That Resonate

A live session to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy that drives product-market fit. Includes an interactive project.

Module 4: The GTM Mindset: Achieving Product-Market Fit

A live session to develop and execute a product marketing strategy that establishes clear differentiation, compelling messaging, and sales alignment. Includes an interactive project.

Module 5: The Product Marketing Mindset – Driving Clear Product Positioning

A live session to develop a growth mindset that achieves sustained product growth by driving continuous iteration. Includes an interactive project.

Module 6: The Growth Mindset: Driving Product Scale and Continuous Innovation

The final project is to develop a personalized, AI-augmented Product Mind playbook that captures all the learnings. While the playbook is developed incrementally each session, it's due for a final review a week after the workshop, allowing for ample synthesis and reflection.
