How to Speak for Only 10% of the Time

Coaching isn't the only way to actively listen; but the ICF training I'm receiving as a certifying MCC coach has fortified my skills.

I've learned to hold back offering solutions in the ideation phase, (so hard!). I encourage instead. I can slow down. I can condense my questions to stay open and short vs. mirroring back it all.
