I've learned a lot from my twenty-plus-years career leading talent acquisition for Fortune 500 iconic global brands - think 🍟🍔 🥤🏪🏨🛎️📱 Recruiting engines I've architected facilitate more than one-million hires a year still today.

About ten of those years were very intense. Very high-stakes, high-visibility and high-impact. I have seen things and experienced things that now lead me to work differently and live differently. And encourage others, meeting them where they are. My scar tissue now serves as a competitive advantage.

In the recruiting realm, I'm bringing Wall Street to Main Street with Accelerated Talent, a niche talent advisory firm I founded where we partner with small and midsize businesses and franchise organizations in the hospitality, restaurant, lifestyle and luxury sectors.
