When a thought or feeling won't leave you alone, what can you do?
In traditional mindfulness practice, we're taught to "just let it go," but some thoughts and accompanying emotions don’t go; they sit here like a storm cloud raining and raging all over us.
Just like a persistent colleague who won’t leave you alone until you get their message, it can be really useful to turn towards these thoughts and feelings and engage in an Inner Dialogue with them.
